•Ensure timely receipt and disposition of Asia Customer returns and optimize handling costs •Ensure RTV material actions are taken as quickly as possible •Manage the timely repair and rework of all DRAM product returns •Provide in-depth technical analysis of RMA material resulting in significant in-process and outgoing quality improvements •Accountable for employee productivity and quality •Maintain quality, cycle time and costs at the world-class level •Ensure inventory accuracy •Maintain excellent relationship with all suppliers and subcontractors •Develop performance metrics, set goals for quality, cycle time, cost and on time shipment and ensure that goals are met •Demonstrate broad knowledge of the Planning, Production Execution, Inventory Control, Failure Analysis, and in-process quality functions to support RMA business objectives •Participate in quality improvement teams, concurrent engineering, value engineering and lead cost-savings efforts. •Recruit and manage local Corsair staff, set performance objectives and provide timely feedback to employees •Frequently interact with individuals in administrative or executive positions within company and supplier organizations to obtain and provide information; consult on problems requiring judgment and tact •Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies & Procedures, and legal & ethical business practices as well as operating procedures
•10+ Years of DRAM production or RMA supply chain execution management •Demonstrated Expertise in production scheduling and inventory control activities •Familiar with high tech products, especially DRAM •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
